‘’The battle has already begun.’’ I frowned and looked at Victoria. She gripped on the hilts of her swords and the next second she dashed out of the clearing and towards the battleground. I followed her, sensing everyone else do so as well. I could smell the bloodbath before I could even hear it. Soon enough the sound of gunshots, thunder roars and blades crushing filled the air. I could distinguish flames and lightning bolts lighting up the forest, altering the color of the sky above. Raindrops fell with a steady pace and the muddy ground made our movements even harder. Victoria’s naked feet were dipped in mud, her face infuriated, her hair stuck on her skin. Yet she seemed the most dangerous she had ever been. I couldn't help but recall her black scales, large wings, sharp horns and the inferno boiling in her lungs. She was nothing less than a dragon.
